The following services are available to make your visit to the Stuttgart Christmas Market as pleasant as possible.
First aid at the Christmas Market
For the duration of the Christmas Market, the German Red Cross will be on hand with a first aid post next to the Stiftskirche church.
Emergency calls can naturally also be made by dialling the 112 and 110 numbers.
Information stalls are to be found next to the coach dropping zone to the side of the Schlossplatz square as well as by the Alten Schloss at the entrance to the Schillerplatz square.
Both stalls are respectively marked on the general plan with an “i” on a red background.
Information for wheelchair users
People with a walking disability will be able to enjoy their visit to the Christmas Market to the full. Suitable parking and sanitary facilities are to be found in the close proximity of the Christmas Market.
Parking spaces for disabled persons are situated right next to the Christmas Market at, amongst others, the following places:
Schlossplatz: Bolzstraße, Stauffenbergstraße
Schillerplatz and Karlsplatz: Dorotheenstraße, Hohe Straße, Karlstraße, Münzstraße
Marktplatz: Eberhardstraße, Eichstraße, Münzstraße, Neue Brücke
