Most beautiful stalls 2023

In cooperation with the Stuttgarter Wochenblatt, the most beautiful stalls at the Stuttgart Christmas market were once again chosen this year. During a tour on Wednesday, December 13, Andreas Kroll, Managing Director of in.Stuttgart Veranstaltungsgesellschaft, Marcus Christen, Head of Department for Festivals and the Cannstatter Wasen, and Andrea Kühnle, a member of the Christmas market team, awarded the winning stalls.

First prize went to Armin and Claudia Weeber's snack bar. Numerous Stuttgart landmarks can be admired on its roof, for example the "Stiftskirche", the "Königsbau" and the Ferris wheel. The Stuttgart Town Hall is a brand new addition. And that's not all: occasionally, the Weebers use a machine to make delicate snowflakes dance above their guests.

Björn Ahrend took second place on the winners' podium with his "Rosi's Himmelsküche" stand, on whose roof you can discover nostalgic baking and kitchen utensils, gnomes, pine cones and much more. The snack bar with an illuminated dome on the roof, with which Ingrid Putler took third place, promises a "royal gourmet experience". All three stalls can be found on the market square. Oliver Schiedt received a special prize for the design of his steam train on the Schlossplatz.

All award winners were honored with a certificate. Around 280 people took part in this year's vote for the most beautiful Christmas market stall. These votes were added to the judgment of a jury, which included several members of the Christmas market team.
